Join the chat team
that keeps the agency running.
We're not looking for order-takers. We build our chat team like a sports team: small, selective, trained. Your job: reply to our creators' fans, build the relationship and sell at the right moment, in writing, in English, from home. Scripts, methods and training provided, a manager available 7 days a week, a team channel. You're not a number on a schedule, you're a starter on a winning team.
What you need: excellent written English (flawless spelling and grammar), quick wit, a stable internet connection with a backup, a PC or a good phone, and real availability: 6 days a week minimum, 7 hours a day. Our busiest hours are US evenings, which means Philippine mornings and daytime. Shifts are set with your manager.
Millions of fans follow our creators. The conversations already exist. We train you to handle them like a pro.
We pay. We train.
We change lives.
Your pay follows your performance: the more you sell, the more you earn. Nobody has to chase their payment. GCash, Maya or bank transfer, your choice. And we will never ask you for money: no training fee, no deposit, nothing.
The deal, clearly.
01Commission-based pay
A commission % that grows with your performance, on every sale you make. Paid every month, zero delays, via GCash, Maya or bank transfer. We never ask you for a single peso.
02Training + scripts provided
Our complete chatting method, the scripts that convert, and 7-day-a-week support from our managers. You level up fast, even starting from zero.
03100% remote, 6 days/week
You work from home, 7 hours a day, 6 days a week minimum. You need flawless written English, a stable connection with a backup (power and internet), and a PC or a good phone.
Here, chatter is a starting point,
not a dead end.
The path is written, the criteria are clear, and we only promote from within. Your commission % evolves with your performance. At every level, it goes up.
01Chatter
You master our accounts and our scripts. You produce, you learn, you move up.
02Senior chatter
Based on performance: the best accounts, a higher commission %, and you train the new hires.
03Team lead
You run your own team of chatters, your shift, your targets. The Head of chat role will be created as we grow, and it will go to someone who started as a chatter.
Do not apply if…
✕You make spelling mistakes
Spelling and grammar are the job. If "your welcome" doesn't make you wince, this isn't for you.
✕You want a side gig
This is a real job: 6 days a week minimum, 7 hours a day, on set shifts (day or night). Not a side hustle.
✕The 18+ world is a problem for you
Our creators publish on adult-only platforms. If that's an issue, we part ways as friends right here.
Only the best writers will be selected.
